PORTLAND, Ore. (WISH) – An Oregon police officer says his cat has been taking items from neighbors and bringing them back to his home.
Sergeant Dave Kempas said his cat Tigger, who he also calls “Kleptokitty”, has been doing this for about 4-years. Kempas said he’s always surprised with what gets dragged home.
He said one of the most surprising finds was a small bag of marijuana.
Kempas said after Tigger’s stash of stolen goods started to accumulate, he installed a camera to catch Tigger in the act.
He said he posts all of Tigger’s captures on the cat’s Facebook page.
