CareFIRST Carolina Foundation debuted its new mobile heath center Monday.
The vehicle made a stop in Hartsville. The 40-foot long vehicle will visit schools in the Pee Dee region to help identify and provide assistance to children who have no health care at home.
Nurses, a medical office assistant and a community health worker will staff the mobile center.
The CareFIRST Carolina Foundation helps serve more than 32,000 patients in Darlington, Dillon, Chesterfield, Lee and Marlboro counties.
