United Way of Horry County partner agencies have plenty of volunteers for their Thanksgiving dinners. But there are still many other ways you can give back! Just go to United Way’s Get Connected volunteer website: unitedwayhorry.galaxydigital.com.
You will find opportunities from non-profits all over the county. Want to be a Salvation Bell ringer? The info is there. Need something a little less physical? There’s an opportunity for you.
Rather donate toys or money? You can find out how to do that. Is a fundraising 5K more your speed? It’s on there!
Get Connected is simple to use. Just sign up and browse the Needs and Events. Click Respond and a person from that agency will contact you. You can even “Fan” agencies and an alert will come right to your inbox when that agency posts a new need.
