MARION COUNTY, SC (WBTW) One person died after a crash late Friday night in Marion County.
A car was traveling on Zion Church Road in the Mullins area just after midnight Friday when they ran the stop sign at the intersection of 41A.
The car was hit by a pickup truck on the passenger side. The driver of the car was not wearing a seat belt and died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The driver and passenger of the pickup truck were transported to the hospital. Their condition is not known.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol investigated the crash and say no charges will be filed against the driver of the pickup truck.
