LONGS, S.C. (WBTW)- Horry County Police and Horry County Fire Rescue responded to a shooting on Station Street in Longs on Saturday afternoon.
Horry County Fire Rescue Battalion Chief Brian Van Aernem says the call came in around 3:00pm that a male was shot.
Van Aernem said the victim is being treated at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center for a gunshot wound.
Horry County Police are investigating.
Lieutenant Raul Denis told News13 the two incidents are not related.
