FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – The Florence Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a missing man.
According to Major Carlos Raines, 74-year-old Phillip Poehls was last seen December 11th between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. near the 1600 block of South Irby Street.
He was wearing a plaid shirt, blue jeans and brown sandals.
