MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – A Myrtle Beach man is behind bars after he allegedly identified himself as a South Carolina Law Enforcement Division agent after pulling over another driver, according to a SLED statement.
In a release Wednesday, SLED officials confirm Joseph Michael DePace, 51, of Myrtle Beach, is charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer, a crime that can carry up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $500.
