PAWLEYS ISLAND, SC (WBTW) – The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s help in locating a stolen utility trailer after a Pawleys Island man was arrested for stealing it.

Highway in Litchfield, December 17. Deputies say at approximately 11:30 p.m. on December 16, a dark colored truck enters the property, backs up to the trailer and exits the property with the trailer.
John William Earl Wilson, 41, of Pawleys Island, was arrested and charged with one count of grand larceny. However, the utility trailer has not been recovered.
The utility trailer is described as a 5 foot by 7 foot white, self- contained trailer with a “Fulton” logo in cursive font across the rear door. The trailer contained approximately $1,000 worth of cleaning supplies.
Anyone who has any information regarding the stolen trailer is asked to contact the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office at 843-546-5101.
