DARLINGTON COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – The Darlington County Drug Enforcement Unit arrested a wanted federal fugitive and have added additional charges after discovering drug’s in the suspect’s possession.
According to Sheriff Wayne Byrd, deputies arrested 30-year-old Jermaine Morris Hicks, of Darlington, on Wednesday.
Hicks was wanted on federal gun and drug charges. He is now also charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, after deputies found more than two grams of crack cocaine during his arrest.
