- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 14 – both northbound and southbound lanes of Howard Avenue closed
2. The speed limit on Howard Avenue, between Farrow Parkway and Hackler Street, drops from its current limit of 30 m.p.h. to 25 m.p.h., effective January 21.
3. A new four-way stop at the intersection of Howard Avenue and Hackler Street becomes effective at 12:00 p.m. January 21. Please note the four-way stop’s purpose is traffic control and the protocol to make such a change requires several weeks to implement. Look for advance signage about this change.
