MARION, SC (WBTW) – Marion Police Chief Dewayne Tennie says a man was shot and killed just after midnight on Sunday while he sat inside a car on Jones Avenue.
The victim is 58-year-old Liston Phillips.
At this time, there are no arrests. SLED is helping to investigate the crime.
