HARTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – Two people were arrested Tuesday after agents with the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office Special Enforcement Unit discovered a meth lab in Hartsville.

According to Sheriff Wayne Byrd, officers found what they believed to be hazardous material from a meth lab in a home on Davidson Street. After further investigation, the officers also discovered a meth lab on the property, adds Sheriff Byrd.
Two Hartsville residents, 34-year-old Kelli Leigh Weaver and McKenzie Albert Atkinson, 37, are each charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine within proximity of a school and disposal of methamphetamine waste.
