MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Social Media consultant Dorien Morin joined News13 NOW on Thursday morning at 9 a.m. to talk about how teens use social media. Her tips for parents are timely this week after investigators connected a teen’s murder in Virginia to her use of social media.
The investigators in Blacksburg, Va. believe Nicole Lovell, 13, met her murderer through a social media website and that she sneaked out of her home to meet him. David Eisenhauer, 18, is charged with kidnapping and murder in the case.
