ROCK HILL (WBTW) – The Coastal Carolina women (8-15, 3-11) fell to Winthrop (4-19, 3-11) 52-43 on Saturday at the Winthrop Coliseum.
Winthrop was led by Aliyah Kilpatrick. She had 21 points for the Eagles.
Coastal shot just 2-of-14 from the floor over the final 10 minutes of play.
Nicole Isaacs led the Chants with 12 points. It was her third straight game in double figures.
Coastal will host Charleston Southern next on Tuesday. Tip off is 7 p.m.
