MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Meagan Nowacoski joined News13 NOW at 9 a.m. Thursday to talk about the regional robotics competition in Myrtle Beach this Thursday through Saturday. The Palmetto Regional FIRST Robotics Competition is at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. (FIRST is an acronym of “For Inspiration & Recognition of Science & Technology.)
Nowacoski is part of the Grand Strand Technology Council, which provides support to high school teams from Horry County that are competing in the event. 64 teams from across the southern and eastern U.S. and Canada are participating.
