DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office says they have located Billie Jo Gagliostro.
Sheriff Wayne Bird says the 26 year old went missing Friday evening when she left her home in Darlington. Ms. Gagliostro suffers from mental health issues. She also went missing a week earlier.
