FLORENCE, SC (WBTW)- A two car crash in Florence closed Alligator Road for several hours Sunday,
Major Carlos Raines with the Florence Police Department says the fatal accident investigation team was on the scene.
Raines says the road was closed all the way from the Country Creek subdivision down to Irby Street until 4 p.m. Sunday evening.
Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken says Lisa Marie Sessions, 37, of Timmonsville was killed in the crash.
There will be an autopsy scheduled for Monday morning at the Medical University of Charleston .
The crash is under investigation by the Florence Police Department and Florence County Coroner’s Office.
