CONWAY – Headlined by 2014 Big South Offensive Player of the Year Alex Ross, 23 student-athletes – including 12 Chanticleers – were on Coastal Carolina’s campus Friday morning showcasing their skills for 11 professional scouts at the annual Palmetto Pro Day. Professional teams represented included the NFL’s Raiders, Cowboys, Panthers, 49ers, Chargers, Giants, Chiefs, Steelers, Jets and Packers along with a representative of the CFL’s Montreal Alouettes.
Chanticleers participating in the day’s events included Ross, Datarius Allen, Daniel Anousheh, Tyrell Blanks, Devon Brant, Tyrell Brown, Alex Catron, Michael Church, Kelvin Deveaux, Roderick Holder, JaDamion Ross and Rayshaud Shields.
