MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – A unique fundraiser will benefit an area preschool. It’s called, “Amazing Race for Pete’s Sake.” Event organizer, Brianne Daub, was on News 13 Now Friday to talk about the race, which she says, is much more than just a race. It also includes activities such as: kayaking, biking, and food sampling, all while following clues throughout Pawleys Island.
The cost for the event is $150 per couple, or team, and will have three different heats, with the first one starting at 9:00 am. Proceeds will go to St. Peter’s Lutheran Preschool.
