DARLINGTON, SC (WBTW) – The Darlington Police Department has made an arrest after an elderly man at Cruisers Convenience Store was attacked Thursday morning.
Officers say Hayward Tim Goodson III, 28, was identified and arrested on Saturday as the man who shoved another man to the ground after an argument inside the store Thursday morning around 9:30 a.m.
Goodson is charged with one count of disorderly conduct.
