HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW)- Horry County police are investigating a shooting connected to a home burglary in Little River on Sunday afternoon.
Sgt. Graham with HCPD says it happened at a home on Pine Drive.
Police say the homeowner came home with a friend and noticed her home was broken into. As they walked through the home, police say they encountered the burglars.
Police say the male friend was shot and taken to Grand Strand Regional Medical Center. No word on his condition.
Police are now searching for two suspects. Police have not given any description.
