Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office asks for assistance in larceny

PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C. (WBTW)- The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle and lawn equipment stolen overnight.

On Saturday, Georgetown County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Waccamaw Landscaping located at 1066 Petigru Drive in the Pawleys Island Community of Georgetown County to the report of missing lawn equipment.

Deputies say the suspect(s) forced entry into a secured area of the business and removed approximately 22 miscellaneous landscaping tools such as backpack blowers, weed-eaters, chainsaws and a truck.

The truck is described as a 2004 F-250 white in color with tinted windows and black tires.

Anyone who has any information on the stolen vehicle and tools in the attached images is asked to contact the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office (843)-546-5101.
