SURFSIDE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Surfside Beach police arrested a man who they say robbed a convenience store Monday morning.
According to a press release, the incident happened at the Kangaroo store US 17 around 1 a.m. when a man confronted the clerk and took an unknown amount of cash.
Octavious Donte Bostick, 21, of Surfside Beach was later arrested at his home and charged with armed robbery.
He is currently being held on a $5,000 bond at the J Reuben Long Detention Center.
