ANDERSON, SC – An Anderson man is accused of setting a woman on fire, Tuesday.
The incident happened on Turbine Court in Anderson.
Kwan Fowler, 33, is charged with Domestic Violence of a high and aggravated nature, according to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the arrest warrant, Fowler is accused of throwing lighter fluid and a lit match on the victim, setting her on fire.
The victim had significant injuries and was taken to Augusta’s burn center to get skin grafts.
