DARLINGTON COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – Three men have been arrested for a home invasion in Darlington County Sunday, according to deputies.
Sheriff Wayne Byrd with the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to a home on West Old Camden Road in Hartsville Sunday after three men entered the home armed with a semi-automatic hand gun.Officials say the suspects planned to rob the victim of money and marijuana.
There was also a struggle over the gun and a shot was fired inside of the victim’s home. The victim was assaulted by the armed trio and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The three home invasion suspects were arrested Monday.
Ricky Jerry Wallace, 22, of Patrick, SC, was charged with armed robbery, burglary first degree, attempted murder, possession of weapon during commission of a violent crime, criminal conspiracy and petit larceny.
Daniel Harrison Wallace, 23, of Hartsville, SC, was charged with possession of a weapon by convicted felon, armed robbery, burglary first degree, attempted murder, possession of weapon during commission of a violent crime, criminal conspiracy and petit larceny
Jerry Levi Oneal, 22, of Hartsville, SC, was charged with armed robbery, burglary first degree, attempted murder, possession of weapon during commission of a violent crime, criminal conspiracy and petit larceny.
All three suspects are awaiting a bond hearing at the Darlington County Detention Center.
