GEORGETOWN, SC (WBTW) The heavy rain has forced multiple people to evacuate their homes in Georgetown.
According to Georgetown Emergency Management Manager Sam Hodge 15 people have been evacuated from their apartments because of flooding.
News 13’s Meghan Miller reports people from an apartment complex are being rescued by boat as the water reaches their doorstep.
