Officers arrested 26-year-old Azure Gouge (left) and 25-year-old Donnie Roggan (right) Saturday.

Officers arrested 25-year-old Donnie Roggan and 26-year-old Azure Gouge Saturday. Roggan is charged with burglary of motor vehicle, shoplifting, vandalism and public intoxication. Azure is charged with driving under the influence, felony reckless endangerment and resisting arrest, police said.

Johnson City police say officers responded to a road rage call at the Wal-Mart on W. Market Street in Tennessee after two people said another car tried to run them off the road. The alleged victims said Roggan and Gouge followed them into the Wal-Mart parking lot where Roggan tried to get into the vehicle.

“Mr. Roggan picked up two pumpkins and busted out the passenger window of the victim’s vehicle,” a JCPD news release said. “Then, Mr. Roggan punched the male. Ms. Gouge and Mr. Roggan drove away.”

Police say they later found the suspects’ car and arrested Gouge after she failed standardized field sobriety tests. Officers report Roggan was intoxicated as well.

Both are scheduled to be arraigned Monday at 10:30 a.m.
