1 box Mini Vanilla Wafers
1 bag semi-sweet morsels or butterscotch morsels
Decorating icing
Unwrap your desired amount of Hershey Kisses
Using your decorating icing as a glue, glue the mini wafer to your Kisses and add a morsel to the top of the wafer.
