MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Myrtle Beach Police is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing 16-year-old foster child last seen jumping the fence and walking away from his home.

A Myrtle Beach Police report states Charles Dillon Haselden was acting out toward his foster parent and was asked to rake the yard the morning of November 20. Haselden got dressed, then went to the back yard to get old tennis shoes, the report states.

A neighbor told Haselden’s foster parent that she saw the teen jump the back yard fence and walk away from the home around 11:15 a.m. November 20.

Haselden is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 157 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Police say the teen is soft spoken, has a diminished capacity of an 8-year-old and has a homemade tattoo of a vampire with blood drops on his left arm. Haselden was last seen wearing a blue and white striped jacket and blue jeans.

Anyone with information related to Haselden’s location is asked to call Myrtle Beach Police at 843-918-1382.
