LITTLE RIVER, SC (WBTW) The Horry County Police Department needs the public’s help identifying a shoplifter.
According to HCPD the person pushing a cart in the photos is connected with shoplifting from Lowes Foods on Pavilion Dr. in Little River on July 26.
