MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Myrtle Beach police arrested a man after witnesses say he tried to get an underage girl to have sex with him.
According to a police report, John Louis Finch, 54, was arrested around 8 p.m. Saturday night at an Ocean Boulevard hotel and charged with criminal solicitation of a minor.
A witness told police Finch tried to solicit sex from the girl earlier in the night.
Finch is currently being held at the J Reuben Long Detention Center under a $150,000 bond.
No other details were made available in the police report.
