HORRY COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – A Little River man is behind bars after police say he molested a 14-year-old girl on several different occasions, according to Horry County Police.

An incident report from Horry County Police details how the 14-year-old girl and her mother came to the police station to explain to officers that 70-year-old Billy Earl Hudson had sexually assaulted the young girl when she was at his house. Police document that Hudson “placed his hands down her pants and made penetration.”
The victim told police that the sexual abuse had been going on for some time, with the most recent incident occurring October 19. The victim’s mother told police her daughter would not have any more contact with Hudson.
Hudson was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center on one count of criminal sexual conduct with a minor at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday morning. Hudson’s bond is set at $10,000.
