SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – The surprises keep coming for Sa’fyre Terry, receiving holiday cheer from all around the globe.
On Thursday there was a parade escort by Santa Claus, police officers, postal inspectors, and crowds of other well-wishers all setting off from the post office, walking to her house with the latest shipment of holiday greetings.
So far, the post office estimates Sa’fyre has received more than 400,000 cards and 10,000 packages.
Sources close to her family say she is going to donate a lot of her gifts to homeless children and cancer patients.
