DECATUR, Ga. – SWAT situation is over after 11 kids were rescued from a hostage situation outside Atlanta, police say.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the standoff started early Tuesday in a Dekalb County hotel. A woman is also being held hostage.
Other media outlets are reporting it started as a domestic incident. Dekalb police say the suspect stabbed himself in the neck.
