The Horry County Police Department charged a man they believe is behind several burglaries in the Mt. Gilead community.
According to Lt. Raul Denis, spokesman for the Horry County Police Department, officers arrested Michael Christian Lee, 27, of Pawleys Island.
Police charged lee with three counts of first degree burglary, two counts of second degree burglary, one count of receiving stolen goods, three counts of obtaining good sunder false pretenses and two narcotics violations.
Lee remains in custody at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center.
