DILLON COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – A man driving on Highway 9 in Dillon County late Wednesday night was shot while in his car.
According to Dillon County Captain Cliff Arnette deputies closed Highway 9 in Little Rock of Dillon County around 11:30 Wednesday night after a man was shot while driving his car. Arnette says the man who was shot is in his late 50s.
After being shot, the man was able to safely stop the car and call 911. He was taken to a local hospital where he is in stable condition. The shooting is under investigation, but police have not released any information regarding a possible suspect.
