DOVESVILLE, SC (WBTW) – The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office responded to an armed robbery call Tuesday at the Dollar General in Dovesville.
The suspect is described as a black male in his mid 20s, who stood approximately 5’10” and weighed around 175 pounds,
according to Sheriff Wayne Byrd. The armed robber was wearing a red shirt, blue jeans, an orange bandanna around his face, and an ear flap hat at the time of the robbery.
According to Sheriff J. Wayne Byrd, the gunman was last seen running away from the store down Governor Williams Highway toward Dovesville Highway.
