NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) – Not all trick or treaters went door to door Saturday night, some ghouls and goblins got together at the annual Howl-O-Scream event for families.
Folks gathered at the North Myrtle Beach sports complex, where CCU’s recreation management class decorated the complex for the annual festival.
People who came out say they like being able to bring the kids to a family oriented halloween celebration.
“Kids really get to interact with all the other kids and meet people. They get their candy and its safe. That was my favorite part of it. It’s safe.” said Alexandria from Conway, who came dressed as the queen of hearts.
Kids were able to get their face painted, decorate pumpkins, and a big favorite was the haunted hay ride.
