BENNETTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – A Bennettsville man is charged with burglary and larceny after being connected to several cases of break-ins and theft throughout Marlboro County.
According to Sheriff Knight with the Marlboro County Sheriff’s Office, Daniel Ryan Brigman, 23, of Bennettsville, is charged with second degree burglary and larceny.
Deputies responded to a location near Brigman’s home in reference to a burglary. It was determined that Brigman was involved in the crime where victims reported clothing, food and video games had been stolen.
Brigman is also charged with third degree burglary and trespassing after a burglary at Vocational Rehab a few weeks back. The MCSO believes Brigman was working there previously, and after hours he took yard tools from the center.
Brigman was also charged with possession of stolen goods for stealing a pump out of the yard of a victim, which was later recovered by the MCSO. Brigman is also charged with a larceny of some rims in the same area in which he lives. He is on Youthful Offender supervision for prior offenses.
