DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW)- A man is in critical condition after a shooting that happened Saturday morning, according to Sheriff Wayne Byrd with the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office.
Byrd says around 10 a.m. officers responded to a call from a resident in the Centerville area of Darlington County after a black male was shot in the face.
Byrd says the man was taken to a local hospital then transferred to MUSC in Charleston. The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
