MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Some WBTW viewers across the Eastern Carolinas are experiencing technical difficulties receiving the audio signal for our programming.
We apologize for the inconvenience and have a solution to help fix it.
Our engineering department recommends the following:
1) Disconnect the Antenna lead from your converter box, then scan for the channels. This will erase the history of channels that you have in the converter box.
2) Then, reconnect the antenna to the converter box and then re-scan for the channels. This will restore the channels and the audio to WBTW.
