FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – A man was shot Sunday night at the intersection of Harmony and Bunch Streets in Florence after running from another person, according to police.
Major Carlos Raines with Florence police reports the victim suffered non-life threatening injuries after being shot. Raines said the victim told officers he saw a man pacing back and forth on the street and it made the victim nervous.
The victim turned to run from the pacing man, according to Raines, and that’s when he was shot by the unknown suspect. Neighbors heard gunshots and called police.
The victim’s condition isn’t being released at this time. Police have not released any information related to the suspect or a suspect description.
